Returns window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in new, unopened condition with all original packaging. (Digital programs are non-refundable once delivered.)

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage. You may ship the item back with any carrier to the address we provide.

Damaged/incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll replace or refund it at no cost to you (we cover the return label in these cases).

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (usually 3–5 business days after processing). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to start a return
Email support@iriemamas.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll reply with the return address (and a prepaid label if requested).
