Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
- Free shipping is automatically applied to orders of $100 or more (after discounts, before tax).
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days once shipped.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
Irie Mamas Shipping & Missing Package Policy
Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has shipped, Irie Mamas is no longer in physical control of the package. We partner with trusted carriers, but delivery timelines, tracking updates, and final drop-off are managed by the shipping provider.
If Tracking Shows “Delivered” But You Have Not Received Your Package
If your tracking status shows “Delivered” and you cannot locate your package, please:
• Check around your property (porch, mailbox, side doors, garage, parcel lockers, etc.)
• Check with neighbors or members of your household
• Contact your local post office or carrier branch directly with your tracking number
Please note that some carriers mark packages as delivered 24–48 hours before final drop-off.
If you are still unable to locate your package after completing these steps, contact us within 3 days of the delivery scan so we can initiate a carrier investigation.
If a package is marked delivered we are not responsible for missing items.
If Your Package Is Delayed or Showing “In Transit”
If tracking indicates your package is in transit, delayed, held at the post office, or pending pickup, we are unable to send a replacement until the carrier investigation has been completed.
In these situations, we will:
• Contact the shipping provider
• Open a claim if eligible
• Monitor tracking updates
• Keep you informed throughout the process
Carrier investigations typically take 5–10 business days depending on the provider.
Lost Packages & Replacements
A replacement order will be issued only if:
• The carrier officially declares the package lost, or
• The shipping insurance claim has been approved
Irie Mamas is a small, independently operated business. We are unable to reship orders prior to carrier confirmation, as all claims must follow shipping insurance guidelines.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.
Irie Mamas is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply.
