These are my favorite product from Irie Mamas even though it’s difficult to choose. I take these every day for various reasons and they work well for whatever I may need. I take them before workouts which helps me relax and stay calm at the gym. I take them for cramps, for body aches as well. I take these capsules when I have work events and have to pretend to like to talk to people. They help calm my nerves and just takes the anxious edge off. If you’re unsure where to start with CBD, I would highly recommend you start with these gems. They will help ease you into other products and you won’t be disappointed.
I love the Harmony Gels! I take 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon if I feel anxious or know I’m going to have a busy day! Also, they’re easy to swallow ❤️

I met the owner at a shopping event and after chatting I found out she had what I been looking for and in the works of also have a detox system for the body. She was very nice informative and friendly. About 2 weeks later I placed my first order for these gummys and daily balance capsules.
Speaking specifically to this product I love them they are strong enough so I only need one. Its light on my sensitive stomach. The taste is fruit and about a nickel size. It does take longer for mines to kick in so I give it 1.5 hour. I can drift off to sleep stay asleep not wake up groggy. I love that for me. I would def recommend.Thanks again sis 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽
